I can support you across several key areas:

  • Recruiting: Writing job descriptions in French and English, publishing them on the platforms or social networks of your choice, and conducting the first interview.

  • H.R.: Preparing employment contracts and amendments, and collecting all the documents required for onboarding.

  • Student programs: Communicating with the university, following the necessary procedures, and assisting with visa applications.

  • Administration of employees: Setting up HR software adapted to your structure — including leave and sick‑leave tracking, onboarding via Slack, Teams or Asana — and digitalising your internal processes..​

  • Sales: Drafting commercial proposals, managing follow‑ups and handling invoicing.
